Description |

There are 2 bedrooms, one - with a king size bed and another - with 2 single beds. The bed linen is included, you will find the beds made at your arrival.
Also, there is a living room, where you will find a sofa-bed, 2 chairs, TV, radio/CD-player/tape-recorder, telephone. The walls in all the rooms are decorated with
nice artist paintings.
All rooms are big (193 sq. f. (18 sq.m.), with 2 large windows each one, all windows look to the street and have a nice view.
Also, there are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and another with a big corner bath-tub. Both bathrooms have floor heating. There is a big electric boiler for water
heating also.
The kitchen has everything necessary for cooking and dining, gas cooker, microwave owen, fridge/freezer, electric kettle, coffee-maker, all kitchen stuff (plates,
cups, spoons, etc). There is also a washing machine and iron with iron desk.
Apartment is located on the 3rd floor, without elevator. Entrance is directly from the street (not from a court-yard). The stairs and entrance were renovated in
2004, has a new door with coded lock.
The apartment was completely renovated in a luxury western standard. Total area of the apartment is 100 sq. m. or 1076 sq. f.

Metro stations nearby are Mayakovskaya and Chernishevskaya, apartment is also close to Fontanka river, Summer Garden, City Circus. The consulates of USA,
Germany, Austria are situated in this area also. Just some steps from the apartment there are many modern cozy coffee shops, restaurants, jazz-club, banks and
stores.
