Situated on the 3rd floor of a 5-storey building, this luxurious 3-room apartment has a very
advantageous location as it takes only 10 minutes to get to the Nevsky Prospect and to the
major city sights such as the Field of Mars, the Hermitage, the Church on Spilled Blood,
the Summer Garden, the Mikhailovsky Palace. The elegantly furnished bedrooms (21 and 22 sq. m.)
sleep up comfortably four people due to a double bed and a foldout sofa. In the sitting room
(27 sq. m) there is also a foldout sofa, two comfy armchairs a table with chairs, a TV-set,
VHS and a stereo system. The kitchen, adjoining the spacious sitting room, is about 7 sq.m. and
it is equipped with all the necessary household appliances in mint condition. In the bathroom one
can find a bath, a washbasin and a toilet.
Access to the apartment is through a courtyard and a coded building door, and then a
double-locked apartment door. |
