This snug and cosy one-room apartment is located on the top floor of
a 5-storey building, right on Nevsky Prospect, the main thoroughfare of Saint-Petersburg.
The whole interior of this apartment is accomplished in pale subdued colours and strikes
with its elegance and splendour, and this is definitely the place where one is bound to
feel himself in the lap of love and comfort. The sitting room (29 sq.m.) is elegantly
furnished with a double bed, a sofa and a TV-set. In the adjoining kitchen there are all
modern household appliances in mint condition: a fridge, a gas cooker, a dishwasher and
