This luxurious 2-room apartment is located on the top floor of a 5-storey building, right on
Nevsky Prospect, the main thoroughfare of Saint-Petersburg. It comprises a living room (27 sq.m.)
adjoining to the kitchen, a bedroom (13 sq.m.) and a bathroom. The whole interior of this apartment
is accomplished in pale subdued colours and strikes with its elegance and splendour. The apartment
is rather spacious and therefore sleeps up comfortably 4 people due to the double bed in the
bedroom and two sofas in the living room. The apartment is well equipped with a TV-set, a stereo
system and VHS. In the kitchen there are all modern household appliances in mint condition:
a fridge, a gas cooker, a dishwasher and an electric kettle. In the bathroom (5,5 sq.m.) there is
