kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, electric
stove, electric owen/toaster, coffee-maker, electric
kettle. Washing machine, iron, iron desk. Telephone
is available (dial-up internet connection is possible).
In the living room you also can find TV-set, Hi Fi stereo
(CD, stereo, tape) system. Authentic artists paitings
on the walls.
The windows look to the yard and the flat is very quiet.
It is very warm in winter time and has a central heating.
Independent hot water supply. Parquet floors. Fresh
linens and towels are provided. Total area of the apartment
is 538 sq.f. or 50 sq. m., the bedroom has 194 sq. f.
or 18 sq.m. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor,
has a secured closed with electronic lock entrance from
the closed yard.

most prestigious area of the city, known as a "Golden
Triangle". It is located on the Fontanka river embankment,
in front of Sheremetiev Palace, few steps from Circus,
3 min walk from Nevsky prospect and Anichkov Bridge, 5
min walk from Summer Garden, Grand Hotel Europe, Square
of Art and Russian Museum. Plenty of nice restaurants,
cafes, sights are situated nearby (just walk by Italianskaya
street, Karavannaya street or Belinskogo street and you
will find more than 30 restaurants).
